In early 2013 we purchased a site in Wimbledon Park. Although it had planning to convert and existing single storey studio into a three storey three bedroom house it had been overlooked by other developers as it was incredible tight site. The proposed building filled the entire plot with building to the boundary on edges and the road on the fourth.

Using an alternative building method involving offsite manufactured panels we were able to construct a super insulated eco house and deal with the constraints of the site. The property has such a high level of insulation that it gets its entire heating requirement from the heat exchanger on a domestic fridge. The property sold for its asking price from a viewing at its launch event.
