In mid 2012 we acquired a first floor flat in Fulham that had achieved planning to extend into the roof space. Using the existing planning permission we refined this to convert a three bedroom one bedroom flat into a large four bedroom two bathroom flat with a huge open plan living, kitchen dining area on the top floor with its own private roof terrace.
Works included, removing the existing roof and chimneys and replacing with a mansard to the rear extending down the extension. The flat was re-plumbed and re-wired, and completely refitted.
